Fees Information

St John’s Regional College is committed to offering quality education at a cost that is affordable for our community.

Fees at St John’s Regional College are comprised of four components:

  1. Tuition
  2. Elective Subject
  3. Resource Levy
  4. iPad Asset Care

Fees are inclusive of classroom materials and resources for all subjects, internet and printing costs, curriculum based camps and excursions, College student planner, student ID card, College magazine, any basic College photos, an iPad and a locker fee for year 7. Also included are Year 12 costs for the following: Year Book, Graduation Mass, Formal and Celebration Day.

There are no Elective Subject fees for Years 7, 8 and 9.

The Resource Levy was introduced in 2011 as an initiative to prepare the College for the 1:1 computer environment. This Levy is devoted to funding the current and future costs required to deliver an environment where all students have access to a personal computer, as espoused by the digital education revolution policy of the Federal Government of the time. iPad Asset Care charges are imposed by the College to cover minor accidental damages to iPads. These charges do not cover damage caused to iPads through wilful, disobedient or neglectful behaviour. Whilst this is a useful method of caring for your IT device, it does not represent comprehensive insurance, and is administered by staff in our College Administration Office.

Family Discount

A family discount applies to Tuition Fees where parents have more than one child attending the College and/or a child at a catholic feeder primary parish school. Families do not need to apply for the discounts as they are automatically applied on the family statement so long as the correct information is supplied by families.
